To cancel an order please notify us at ubenabon@gmail.com or (818) 491-8306 no later than 1 week before your Local Delivery, Pick Up or Shipment Date. All notifications less than 1 week will receive 50% refund and no refund for all cancellation 2 days before Local Delivery, Pick Up or Shipment Date.


As our products are perishable food products, all sales are final. Ubenabon will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit.

To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives to its destination. Ubenabon is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day of delivery.

We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third party carrier ( USPS), but this, of course, is out of our control.

Items that are considered edible or perishable products and not returnable or exchangeable include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Ubenabon Classic Rolls

For health and safety reasons, food and perishable products are not returnable or exchangeable except in cases in which Ubenabon shipped the incorrect order or the goods were damaged during shipment.

If you receive damaged goods, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.  Please, save your shipping box and packaging because it will need to be inspected by the carrier. If the box is discarded, claims cannot be filed for damaged goods or items.

If frosting has melted into a chunk, simply re-melt and use. We will do everything possible to prevent damage.


  • All orders will ship out of our store the same day we posted.  
  • All orders are shipped from our store in Los Angeles and shipping time will depend on your distance from us.
  • If you selected standard shipping, your order should arrive within 1-7 days after it leaves our store
  • If you selected priority shipping, your order should arrive withing 1-3 days after it leaves our store
  • If you are working on a tight deadline, please contact us at ubenabon@gmail.com or (818) 491-8306 before ordering to ensure that we can meet your needs
  • This is not a guarantee, but we will always make our best effort to better serve you. If you order never reaches you, please contact your local postal office with the tracking number. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the USPS we will give you assistance to resolve the issue on our end.
